Once an order is placed on penyelesaian.com, processing begins promptly to ensure fast delivery times.

Because processing begins quickly, the ability to cancel or modify an order is limited to specific timeframes.

2. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, customers must contact us before the order has been shipped.

Cancellation Window:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed if they have not entered packing or shipping.

Once an order is marked as “Processing,” “Packed,” or “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Eligibility for Order Changes

Modifications are allowed within 12 hours after order placement if the order has not been shipped.

Once the order enters any fulfillment stage (processing, packed, shipped), no further changes can be made.

4. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped:

If reported within the 12-hour window, we will help correct them.

If reported after shipment, customers must wait for delivery and then initiate a standard return.

6. Order Cancellations by Penyelesaian

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Violations of Terms & Conditions

If your order is canceled:
