2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Tags must be attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accessories must be complete and untangled
  • Bags must be free from scratches, stains, or creasing caused by use

Light try-on is acceptable as long as the item remains in new, sellable condition.


3. No Fees — Ever

You will never be charged for:

  • Return shipping
  • Restocking fees
  • Inspection fees
  • Processing fees
  • Refund transaction fees

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@penyelesaian.com.
  2. Include:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return (optional)
  3. We will send a prepaid return label and instructions.
  4. Package your item, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier facility.

Normal signs of trying on apparel do not disqualify a return.

11. Lost or Missing Returns

12. Cancellation & Change Requests
