2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- Tags must be attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accessories must be complete and untangled
- Bags must be free from scratches, stains, or creasing caused by use
Light try-on is acceptable as long as the item remains in new, sellable condition.
3. No Fees — Ever
You will never be charged for:
- Return shipping
- Restocking fees
- Inspection fees
- Processing fees
- Refund transaction fees
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return:

- Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (optional)
- We will send a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Package your item, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier facility.

Normal signs of trying on apparel do not disqualify a return.
